Subscription and digital delivery
The service provides digital AI tattoo-design generation through monthly or annual subscriptions, not physical goods. New checkout is temporarily paused during payment migration. Existing receipts and the terms applicable to historical purchases remain relevant; this notice does not remove previously granted rights.
The monthly plan is USD $9.90 per month after its 3-day free trial. The annual plan is USD $58.80 per year, charged annually with no trial. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Any applicable tax and the final total are displayed at checkout before confirmation.
Cancel future renewals
Sign in, open My Plan, and choose “Manage billing / Cancel renewal” to use the payment provider's portal. Cancel before the next renewal or before a trial ends to avoid the next charge. Confirm the cancellation in the portal; simply closing the website does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation of renewal normally preserves access for the remaining paid period. It does not automatically refund a previous charge. If the portal is unavailable, email support from the account email with your order or subscription reference and your cancellation request.
When to request a refund
Contact us promptly for duplicate or incorrect charges, paid access that was not delivered, or a material technical failure that prevents use of the paid service. We will investigate the payment and relevant service records and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate correction or refund for the affected service through the original payment provider.
AI results vary and cannot be guaranteed to match a particular idea. Requests based only on a change of mind, unused time after cancellation, or dissatisfaction after using generation are reviewed individually; they are not automatically approved. This is not a blanket “no refunds” rule.
How to request and receive a refund
Email support with your account email, order reference, charge date and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents. We may ask for limited information to locate and verify the purchase.
Approved refunds go through the original payment provider and payment method. For purchases processed by Creem, Creem processes the refund; we do not arrange an off-platform transfer instead. Bank and payment-network processing times vary, so an exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed. If a Creem purchase issue remains unresolved, you can also use Creem's customer portal.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective or undelivered digital services, or obligations imposed by applicable law or the payment provider. A refund or immediate cancellation may end access to the refunded period; your confirmation will explain what is affected.
